In what case can I return the product?
In accordance with the Haeri.Store product return policy, you have the opportunity to return the purchased product if:
A. Just rethink the purchase. Does not apply to the following cases if:
• The purchased product is perishable or has a short shelf life;
• The product is a hermetically sealed item, its hermeticity was broken after delivery, and therefore the product cannot be returned due to compliance with health or hygiene norms;
• The delivered product was inseparably combined with another product due to its characteristics at the time of delivery;
• The product is a sealed audio-video recording or software and its seal has been broken after delivery;
• The value of the product does not exceed 30 GEL;
• Integrity of product packaging (box, bag, hatch) is violated by the user;
• Traces of use are marked on the product;
• The product is hygienic;
• The product does not come with all accompanying parts and documents provided at the time of purchase.
B. Haeri.Store did not fulfill its promises:
• The product does not correspond to the order or the technical characteristics posted on the website;
• The product is damaged;
• The agreed delivery time was violated by Haeri.Store;
C. The product has a factory defect.
The user can refuse the contract without specifying the reason, except for the cases stipulated by the law.
How many days can I return the item?

What procedure should I follow for reimbursement?
• If you wish to return the product, the product must be accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents, if any, provided at the time of purchase. Warranty sheet, technical passport, other documents accompanying the item, undamaged box of the item, accessories and others. The cost of return will be covered by the field.In case of finding a factory defect after 14 days, you should directly contact the appropriate service center mentioned in the warranty document.
How many days will it take to return the product?
The item will be returned throughout Tbilisi within 24 hours after the registration of the application
How will the refund be made?
Haeri.store will notify you within 24 hours of the product refund/return status decision.In case of factory complaint, you will know the decision about refund or replacement of the item within 5 days.
In case of a positive decision, the refund will be made within 7 working days after receiving the notification.
In case of a negative decision, the item will be returned to you.
How will the returned product be refunded?
• Money can be refunded only by non-cash payment, by crediting the customer to the card account with which the item was purchased.
