This document is the terms and conditions for using the Haeri.Store website.

This document is a mutually binding contract, which is signed between the customer and (i/m) Giorgi Khizanishvili 65002013107 registered address - Nutsubidze Plateau I micro district, 32, 0186 Tbilisi, Georgia

In these Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and all other guidelines and instructions, hereinafter referred to as “Haeri.Store”.

The terms and conditions of using the Haeri.Store website, together with the amendments made to it and other regulations of Haeri.Store, represent a single document and should be considered as a single contract signed with the user.

By registering on the website, the user accepts and acknowledges these terms and conditions, privacy policy, return and exchange rules, and agrees to be bound by them.

If the user does not agree with the content of Haeri.Store's legal documents, he can not use the website, however, Haeri.Store requests the user to provide comments by e-mail.

• Will protect copyright and related rights, will not carry out unauthorized use, processing and publication of information available on Haeri.Store: logo, icon, picture, graphic, image, patent, trademark, design and any other kind of intellectual property, Haeri.Store without the prior written consent of;

• Will not use another user's account;

• Will not attempt to gain access to another user's authentication information;

• Will not carry out such an action that will endanger the proper functioning of Haeri.Store;

• Will not perform any action prohibited by applicable law, this Agreement and Haeri.Store's Privacy Policy.

After the user has selected the product and placed it in the virtual cart, in the case of a new user, it will be necessary to indicate the following information: e-mail, name, mobile number and address where he wants to receive the purchase.

In order to pay for Haeri.Store products, you will be redirected to the payment page. Before making the payment, the user is obliged to verify the address and contact information specified by him, in order to ensure smooth delivery of the purchased products. In case of incorrect/incomplete address and/or contact information, the customer is responsible for delay in product delivery.

The user will be able to check the information about the purchased product on his personal page.

Haeri.Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel a customer's order in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal transaction.

After payment of the product fee by the user, the right of ownership of the purchased item is fully transferred to the user.

The customer can see the rules for exchange and return of the purchased products on the return conditions page.

The user declares his consent that the delivery of the products purchased by him will be carried out by (i/m) Giorgi Khizanishvili (identification code: 65002013107)

The parties to the supply contract are the customer and "(I/M) Giorgi Khizanishvili".

In order to provide courier services, "(i/m) Giorgi Khizanishvili" will provide confidential information of a personal nature known to him about the user, in particular, the user's name, surname, address and phone number.

The products purchased by the Haeri.Store user are delivered by the courier company (i/m) Giorgi Khizanishvili, which transports the products to the specified address. The responsibility of Haeri.Store is fulfilled when the products are handed over to the courier company. The risk of product loss and damage is fully transferred to the courier company.

The policy on processing and storage of confidential information can be viewed by the user on the privacy policy page.

The customer can receive the purchased products both on working and non-working days.

Delivery of the products purchased by the user from the Haeri.Store website in Tbilisi will be carried out in 1-3 days.

Payment is made only through cashless payment.

When placing an order, the user is redirected from the website to the payment page, where he indicates his card data. The settlement request is processed and confirmed by the bank.

Haeri.Store does not have access to both the payment page and the bank card data specified by the user.

If the settlement is successfully completed, a message containing relevant information appears on the screen.

After completing the payment, the user will receive a confirmation of the successful completion of the order to the e-mail specified by him.

If Haeri.Store considers that the user has violated these terms and conditions or the user has registered with false information, it is entitled to close access and limit the use of the personal account unilaterally based on a message sent to e-mail. The user should contact the Haeri.Store team in case of receiving a message of this type.

Haeri.Store ensures the development of appropriate defense mechanisms to the best of its ability, however, it is not responsible for unauthorized access to data protected on the platform, damage caused by third parties, services offered by them to users.

By registering on the website, the user confirms that he is a capable person who has reached the age of 18 and uses the website at his own free will and risk.

Haeri.Store is not responsible that the website or services will be continuously available to the user and does not guarantee that the website will be free of software bugs, viruses and/or any other errors.

Haeri.Store bears full responsibility for damage caused by negligence, as well as for cases when the information necessary for user authorization became known to a third party.

Haeri.Store excludes both itself and all its employees from any liability in case of culpable violation by the user of this document and applicable laws.

Haeri.Store is limited to the value of the disputed product in the event of its liability being determined by the court.

The company disclaims full responsibility for any kind of damage and/or interruption that may be caused by the participation of third parties - internet providers, mobile companies and other interrupted work.

Information on the website may be changed or removed without prior notice. Haeri.Store will not provide the user with the kind of service that it believes is against the applicable law.

The user is prohibited from using the website for illegal purposes, including unauthorized access to Haeri.Store's systems, improper use of information on the website or any other action that may directly or indirectly harm Haeri.Store's legally protected interests.

The validity of this document can be terminated in the cases provided for by the legislation of Georgia and/or this rule, as well as at the initiative of the user at any time, after the full payment of any type of debt (if any) to Haeri.Store at the time of termination.

Haeri.store disclaims all responsibility regarding other websites that may be placed as an external link on the Haeri.Store website. The content, terms and conditions, privacy policies of other websites may differ from this policy. Accordingly, Haeri.Store encourages users to familiarize themselves with the terms of use and privacy policy of the website indicated as an external link.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Georgia

The parties agree that in the event of a dispute, they will try to resolve the disagreement through negotiation. In case of the impossibility of successful completion of the negotiations, the parties have the right to apply to the Tbilisi City Court.

The invalidity of any part of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the invalidity of any other part.

Haeri.Store reserves the right to make changes and/or additions to this document at any time, unilaterally, by publishing it on the same website, without further additional consent of the user. After making changes/additions, Haeri.Store considers the user's continued use of the website as the user's consent.
